So today I went into my drug test and the collector was suspicious and told me that I was using synthetic urine, but I denied denied denied. He noted that it was off color, and doesn't smell, etc. The temperature checked out, but he was just bringing up alot of flaws. In the end he just submitted it to the Labs and told me that if he knew, they would know too. I was just wondering if the collecting agent has any final say in the validity of the urine test? or am I good. This is for Labcorp by the way, and I am assuming that Quick Fix 5.7-1 will pass all the tests.

Update: I did some research. Well I know that they have strict regulations they have to follow as they adhere to the United States DoT.gov standards, so I actually took the time to read through it. It said that they may only rule an diluted/synthetic sample through lab test results of creatanine, pH, and gravity. I also cross referenced LabCorp's official website and the categories it tested in regards for validity testing are : Creatinine, Nitrates, pH, and Gravity. Although I did not find any evidence of the collector's ability to effect results in any way such as leaving comments and such? I am still tripping out. I read through the whole process I feel the only thing he could have done under suspicion would be to void my sample and make me retake it on the spot. What do you think will happen?

If you don't mind me asking, where did you have it done? I am going in to get a test today at 2 and plan on doing the same thing. The possibility of this happening has been making me nervous.

The tech was not following protocol, the lab will. Only an idiot smells someone elses urine. He is not a tech. He's just some idiot that got a job.
