I have used QF before and it worked easier then I thought it would. I passed. I have a new job and am taking a u/a within 24 hours after I receive a call tomorrow. The questions I have are related to managing temperature... (My only worry)

1. Is there a difference between managing the temperature between a 2 oz bottle vs 3 oz? (10 seconds each still?)
2. Does it matter how much you shake up the heat pad, more shaking = more effectiveness?
3. As a male, I am going to tuck the 2 oz bottle underneath and against my thigh... Does it make a temperature difference with the heat pack touching my thigh vs. the the temperature side against my thigh? (Double sided heat vs one side?)
4. How much can the temperature really change in 1-2 hour, with a temp of 98*, a heat pack, and tucked underneath. (Does checking it every 20 minutes before going in make a difference in your opinion?

OR IM JUST BEING WAYYYY TO PARANOID AND ITS GOING TO WORK AS EASY AS IT DID THE FIRST TIME??
Im using QF for Plan A, and Detox for Plan B if temperature is bad for Plan A. Its Just too good to quit!
Thanks! This forum is fantastic! :) Sticky Notes from over 5 years ago make me not trust it as much tho. That's just me!

1. Should be pretty close to the same, maybe add 2 seconds to the heat up time.
2. Just as long as its mixed I don't think it matters. I've never had to use the heat pads. Just nuking it and putting it in my crotch always worked perfect.
3. It gets fairly warm I would recommend having the pad on the outside. Putting the bottle in the crotch generally keeps the heat a lot more constant.
4. I've had it stuffed in my crotch for up to 2 hours and it was always good. Also remember if the temp gets a little low, rub your thumb against your pants and after the urine is placed in the colletion cup place your thumb on the temp strip for a few seconds. Get it to 98 or 99 then walk out of the room and hand it to the tech.
