A Pinch Of Mids

Hey guys I've really been enjoying the forum and I have found a wealth of information! I have a pre employment ua this week, and have been on a break for 14 days now. Not sure if I will be clean (will be checking the day of at home, first void of course) because I'd like to not sub. Here is the deal, if I do have to sub I had a few questions. I have a donor lined ( he will be donating 10 days clean after his last smoke, he wasn't a regular at all and is lean) up to recieve it an hour or so before the test, I plan on using a travel sized shampoo container, but would like some tips on keeping it between 95-100 degrees. Should I drive there with it in warm water? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, should I use my home test on him or try my luck? I'm 205 ish, 5 10 and have been doing cardio to speed up my metabolism, I regularly smoked lower grade stuff too.

Tips can be found in N2s Substitution "sticky" thread. And more can be found by utilizing the forums Search button.
Sure, I would test his urine if I were you. It would be great if he'd pay for the test kit.
Just be sure you test the first-morning void.
Can you locate a person that you know for sure that is drug-free?

He is a good buddy of mine, he didn't partake for over a month, and did last saturday. I highly imagine he is good to go, but will probably test him. Should I buy hand warmers or just rely on body heat? The temp. is what is scaring me.

Only practice drills can answer that question. Practice using warmed water for your "sample".
The key to a successful sub is practice.

Yeah true true. Should I heat it say to 115 degrees as i'm sure it would drop on the way there/the wait?

Well I've been using water and trying different sites. I'm not even sure if a hand warmer or anything is even needed, my inner thigh seemed to keep it at 96-98 pretty well. Has anyone ever simply gone with plain old body heat?
