Does anyone know if marijuana prolongs the QT interval? Has a "real" research study been done on this as it has been done for all other medications manufactured and sold? I can't locate any info about this other than opinions or pseudo-scientific stuff. It is among the first tests conducted for any new drug because it can result in sudden death for a person with one of the four types of LQT Syndrome (inherited or acquired). Thanks.
