Well, you may be trying to force-flower a little earlier my friend. This could be stressing it out. Not sure though how long has it been growing. Pics would be great, but if it's not in a stressful enviroment and its by itself it has a decent chance to be female. But the main issue is probably the force flowering! Idk good luck mate

What strain? Also how long did you veg for? I agree with purpfreshy, this sounds like forced flowering to me.

That's for sure, there's not any other true explanation other than lighting. Forced flowering kinda stresses the plan. Can lose potency and potentially the plant. But if it still looks healthy go back to the normal lighting and give it more time to grow. Get more bud out of it! Good luck man!

turn off all the lights in the room where your grow space is but make sure the lights inside the space are on. Look for light leakage.. that could be why its not showing any signs

Honestly man they look so healthy!!! a little droopy but what the hey. It happens. More light. Not flowering light. let it get a lot more buds on it, then give it the light it wants!

Forcing flowering does not cause reduced potency, and will not kill the plant. When you flip a plant from Veg to 12/12 it's being forced to flower.
It's actually very common to go straight from sprout/seedling into 12/12 with absolutely no bad issues. Google "12/12 from seed". People with very small grow spaces do this all the time with great results.
During Veg it's best to use 5000K or 6500K bulbs (blue). During flowering it's best to use the 2600K or 2700K bulbs (red). If you're using multiple bulbs it's good to add at least one bulb from the opposite end of the spectrum - for example in Veg maybe do 4- 6500K's and 1-2700K, and in flowering maybe 4-2700K's and 1-6500K. I'm just using those amounts as an example to point out that mixing both types is a good thing. You can use any number you'd like.
I hope this helps.
BTW, your plant looks pretty good!
