Ive been smoking for about 1.5 years straight. About a small bowl cap/day. There are very few days were I had more than that and some days where I didnt have any. I use it to fall asleep. I will be attending a career fair soon where I would very much like/need to get a job/internship for what I am studying and it seems like most of the companies do drug tests. I am slightly worried as I really want/need to start with my career.

I am not considered fat at all. maybe 11% body fat. I lift weights at least 4 times/week, mostly more (I am always sore). I do cardio every so often and I like hanging out in the sauna. From what I know piss tests look for thc metabaloids, so sweating does nothing and its all up to the amount of fat I burn. Ive decided to try and stop smoking (for this and I think I need a t-break) untill I get this over with. I am always hydrated and mostly piss faint yellow unless ive had an energy drink or vitamins. I eat really healthy. Dont eat bleached stuff (white rice, bread, pasta, etc) so I get a lot of fiber. My shits take 45 seconds and they are always light brown and really mushy. Possibly a good about of metabolids exit that way?


Any advice? Can I continue with what I have been doing (including smoking) and for 3 days before the test be a total lazy fat ass indulging in fatty foods, fast food, etc while having the least physical exertion possible?

There are too many variables to answer your questions. Body type, metabolism, and physical activity all come into play in determining how long it will take the body to get clean. Your best bet would be to stop smoking immediately and begin to test yourself periodically. Working out will aid in helping you clean out, so your on the right track. You can find cheap test strips online, their not much more than a buck a piece. When testing yourself be sure to use the first void of the day when your THC concentration is at its peak level.

If your home tests show a positive with the first-mornings void, then stop all exercise 3 days before the scheduled U/A, and be as lazy as possible to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA into your bloodstream (as a result of fat cells burning), which will end up in your urine to be detected. And consider..

a) Substitution - either with a clean persons sample or synthetic

or

b) Dilution - Begin your creatine-loading 3 days before the U/A in preparation to use dilution techniques. Follow both the Substitution and Dilution threads linked to Deiges signature.

Something that came to me last night.

What if I took fat burning pills or something like hydroxycut? That would burn off fat faster if I was working out, which would eliminate thca faster, right?

Also, is there a test that tells you the level of thca? So far I am looking at these:Wondfo WDTH-101 Devon Medical, Marijuana (THC) Urine Test Strips, Pack of 5: Health & Personal Care
but I cannot find the level that it shows positive. All I get is that its FDA approved, whivh iirc is 50ng/500ml

Also, is there a test that tells you the level of thca? All instant assays are a go/no-go endeavor and lack the ability to give a quantitative value. If you want to obtain a quantitative value, the sample would have to undergo a GC/MS test.

Yea, I think I have a few weeks. The fair is next week, and then there is another one the following week, so by the time they analyze the applicants, interview them and then ask for a test, I think I should be good.

I dont think I can do this. With my schedule I have to get up early, and I havent been able to get any sleep really. I get 1-2 hours of sleep at a time at most. I am getting really ill (which is what happens to me when I do not get my sleep), and school and everything else around me is starting to pile up fast.
