The bulb is a bright white 120 watt fluorescent bulb. The humidity goes from 37% to 43% the temp goes from 73°f - up to 81°f well I've only seen it go that high once after I watered it and it was kinda hot outside. Is that fine I'm looking to buy a better light I noe I want atleast a 400bright watt hps. For flowering but I'm wondering if it will get to hot in there with that would a 250 watt work

250 would be fine. I used a 250w HPS in a cabinet that was 18"x24"x52" for my first grow. This is a final pic of my first plant: 283875

400 is better without too much extra heat. Purchase a few PC fans and use those, they work great to vent the hot air. A small oscillating fan to aid with fresh air circulation and you should be fine. A t5 will work fine for veg.

Let us know what your room dimensions are and I can give you a better idea of how to set it up.
