Getting a lot of leaf curl can anyone help?

My northern lights is budding nicely but getting a lot of leaf curl and not quite sure why? I am feeding them with a flowering nutrients and they have been re-potted. I water them enough but not overly so what could be going wrong?

Looks like a ph issue to me but looks like that plant has been stressed for awhile. Your best bet would be to fill out the trouble shooting form for a better answer instead of just a guess. Good luck.
