Are my young plants flowering? Will also chart my grow for anyones interest as well.

My plants are about 5 weeks old but i have noticed buds beginning to form, at least i think they are? My light is on a 16 hr to 8 hr cycle so can't understand what could be going wrong can anyone help? Or am i just over-reacting ha

they look like they're flowering to me, could they be auto flowers?

not sure they were pretty standard seeds i bought in amsterdam. pretty dodgy i feel. so i have decided to set the light to twelve and twelve and just go with it. hopefully works out alright :). just wondering what to do with one my plants. getting a lot of leaf curl down on one plant. the image is the plant in question?283644

looks dehydrated to me, maybe a bit more water or try repotting it
