Can anyone please point me towards a bar/pub in or near Colorado Springs where a lot of smokers hang out? I'm kind of new to the area, well the bar scene anyway, and would like to meet some new, cool, friends. Thanks a bunch in advance!

Smokers span the whole socioeconomic range of people..

Try a bar that plays a lot of crappy hippy jamband music... that'd seem to be your best bet.
