Anybody ever exercize after smoking? I am trying to stay fit for the summer and sometimes, depending on my state of stonedness, I'll hit the mats on my floor and do exercizes. It's tough tho cuz weed makes you laaaaaaazy

Iam used to do exercize after smoking, in my point of view is better but its depend on the person............ :cool:

I do Tae Kwan Do, and I don't really think being stoned has any bad effects on it... actually I feel better doing it when I'm stoned... just like everything else o_O

i have found that if you have enough energy to do it stregth training is some good shit when your high. its like you feel no pain so you can do more reps/ pushups whatever. but also sometimes when your high your just too lazy. hmm come to think of it maybe this has something to do with the difference in the indica vs sativa high.

i get enough exercise at work [ carpenter ] plus i have a really heavy glass bong so it's kinda like exercise lifting the bong to lite it

If you get alot of exercize at the workplace that is a bonus, but if you have to sit on yer butt all day on the job, different story. I get the feeling that most stoners out there have exercized while high, or even enjoy it. It depends on my mood, weed will ALWAYS give you that lasy( for lack of better word ) feeling, but once i hit the mat and start doing stretches/sit ups/reps, etc...it's the same as if I'm sober. As someone mentioned, depending on the bud it could MOTIVATE you to work out. i think a solid 30 min exercize after puffing is great, especially since we are a world of fat, lazy, amotivational slobs...yeah i'm talking to you! LOL hey i'm in good shape i do have love handles though no matter how many fucking sit ups i do...its the food i eat though, weed contributes to that too MUNCHIES ANYBODY?? wouldn't ya say?? Jejeje

That is great cuz Tae Kwan Do involves alot of movement, i'm an old schooler sit ups n weights typea fella, but either way, it can be motivational.

when im high and i start exercising or working, i feel like i could go forever...

monotonous, boring tasks are really easy too... time just flies by

Sure, after a good work out you will no longer feel high at least not on herb, your adrenaline will be pumping though. But I mean after that last puff, catching a breath and THEN hitting the workout...me,myself and I it is enjoyable and non tiring to work out stoned, UNLESS it is some crazy G-13 or near psychedelic bud, in that case, i'll hit the couch and vedge out till I'm back in reality! LOL
