got into some trouble with the popo's and had to remove my plants just in case they searched my dorm room. god, this is some shit. i was forced to give em to one of my friends. i couldnt destroy em, i just couldnt so i gave my boy 2 foot tall plants. that is a shame. to pour your heart and soul into 2 things for a month and a half only to give em away. i think i'm going to be sick.....

Smokey, before you start talkin like that. you need to know the situation. my friend got pulled over as we were smokin a blunt in his car. he took the blame for it all and they tried to hit him with distribution. I was subpeonad to court by his lawyer to help try to get the charge droped to just posession. Im stoned right now so the spellin is bad. but before you make a comment like that, check yourself and ask for the details.

i think between me and my few freinds we have gotten busted for pot like two or three times but we all get off with nothing. i dunno maybe we just come off as polite and citizens frightened of any police involvement. i dunno. but some cops are just dicks and try to scare you and tell you all this shit that aint true and make you do all this stuff cuz you wont look into the laws and see which of your rights were abused. i think thats why we get off, because its a violation of some right and they just dont wanna do the paper work to have it all overturned. like in cheech and chong.

Well, whenever there is a police encounter, make sure that you have nothing in plain sight. When you are driving, swallow the blunt and your stash! I recommend not driving with a pipe or anything. The reason why he says that is because HE DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE and he wants you to consent so you can incriminate yourself.

The cop will become cautious because you know your rights and will probably back off a little. Most people who get busted did not know their rights and the cops are fully aware of this. Thats why they ask you questions because when they do, they do not have enough evidence or even probable cause to charge you with something so they want you to incriminate yourself.

that really sucks man, my babys just sprouted this morning it gave me a nice sense of wellbeing to see them alive and it took my mind off how shit the world is at the moment, like cops wont let you fucking grow a plant, they chat bout human rights well kind of hypocrytical dont you think? anyways i hope my plants dont have to be cut down, if worst comes to worst ill probably have to give them to someone.
