first grow 250 watt , 3 1/2 weeks into flower

well this is my first grow , im using a 250 watt hps , started it from seed i veg it for about 2 months then put it on 12/12 .. did nothing special , just watered it every other 2 days ..and now its 3-4 weeks into flowering

how does every other two days work? :P looks light hungry, but nice
