ok so i have some seeds that i have been storing for some time now so i decided to grow them so heres what we did:

germination:

soaked in water left in warm dark place

3 out of 16 seeds germinated 2 in 48 hours 1 in about 6 hours (is that normal good / bad? )
the rest have now been soaking for 3-4 days and nothing (does that mean there not gonna work? )

Seedlings:

so i bought some mirracle grow organic shit from home depot seed starting stuff insainly light and fluffy i have 3 4" cardboard type pots ( ur suppose to be able to put the entire thing into a bigger planter with soil any advice on that? ) im really not sure about the medium for these 3 so i did some searching turns out theres a place nearby that sells foxfarm stuff so i bought the correct soil ( can and how could i transfer the 3 germinated seeds that r sitting in the mirracle grow crap to the foxfarm soil? )

Light:

ah the fun part so i decided as seedlings i was gonna start them off in a medium size storage bin ya know like the rubbermaid ones so what i did was found a bin that can hold 6 4" pots kmart $5.99 and i purchased 2 18" under cabinet florescent light fixtures from walmart $7.95 each i then took the bulbs they came with and threw them in the garbage and got 2 15w 18" full spectrum t8 bulbs 5000k 600 lumens each $6.95 each at sears i mounted them to the lid of the bin ran the wires out and plugged em into a surge protector and then to a digital timer $12.95 at sears and i have the lights on for 20 hours and off for 4 ( any opinion on the light setup while going threw the seedling stage? )

so questions i have so far:

1) i am trying to setup a drip system the pots r small and the mirracle grow crap is insainly absorbant and so is the pot actually so if i setup a drip system how much water do they need as seedlings that have just been planted from germination from what i can see it looks like 1000ml 3 times a week is that correct? ( and for the arrogant forum people yes i have researched and read about 100 posts / articles and not one specifies this stage nor specifies anything really just says if its moist dont water it if its dry water it thats a great story but i am very busy thats y i want the drip system so i dont have to worry about it consistently so my question is valid i need an amount of water or a way to figure out the amount only thing i could think of was build my drip system let it run and see how long till water comes out the bottom of the plant lol i guess that would work cause i want to do is use a 1 gallon bottle drill hole in top then drill hole in bottom side i have a air pump from a fish tank i want to run that to the top of the bottle and then run pex hosing from the bottom to the plants with 6 drip nipples on the pex line and i was gonna use a timer for the air pump like for instance say i run the system and 1/2 hour later water comes out of bottom of pot so i set timer to run for a half hour or 20-25 minutes so not to over water but now if thats the case is that 3 times a week once a week ect....

2) the seeds that have not germinated after 72 hours r they no good should i throw em out i mean they been around in an advil bottle for a long time lol

3) the seed that germinated in 6 hours is that good bad ect... should i show extra care to that plant in hopes it grows as fast as it germinated ect...

4) what do u think of my storage bin idea good / bad ?

do you have vent holes in that? any fans? how does it get rid of the heat? what is the temp? what is the humidity? how many plants? what happens when they grow and get bigger? will you have room? good idea tho yes

I'm still trying to figure out where your sentences start and finish.

cool lights. throw a thermometer in there, you steam your plants without venting for heat and water.
