Hello everyone. I had a problem last weekend and am looking for some knowledge and or suggestions.

The power went out in my room and I lost heat and all circulating pumps in my nft system. The room and water temp was down to 37 degrees Fahrenheit for probably 12-18 hours. The girls looked sickly at first and started to perk back up but haven't gotten any better and still look bad since conditions have been restored back to normal in the last 2 days.

Is this going to kill my plants? Or is it possible for them to recover. How cold is too cold for the plant roots?

Thanks for any insight u can give me.

I hate it when that happens....

Serious stress can set them back a week or so.... If anything, noticeable new growth won't be noticed for a few more days.... Be patient....they should recover....it's just going to set you back a bit....

Dont throw in the towel yet. I have tried to kill these dam things in so many different ways its not funny, and I never tried to on purpose!! LOL
These plants are very hearty and it wasn't that long of time. Like CGI said they will come around they just have to remember what they were doing
