Hard to read, maybe that's why responses are slow. No offence, but try to make it easier on us.

im thinking that this mold is the same or similiar to what youd find in showers and other humid environments, never saw it in a grow , though. do yourself a favor dont use bleach, it leaves a residue even after rinse. there is a mold spray called concrobian mold spray solution. ive never used it however it sounded like a good technique. just spray and let it dry. otherwise i would use soap and water, h2o2, or perhaps isopropol. check everywhere for traces and kill your ventilation equipment unless its going straight outside or it could make things worse, for a couple day cleaning session. dont blow fans unless your making money from it...signed; the rockstar. mold is airbourne and blowing it around doesnt help, it can be mild to serious in affects to humans and other living things, however i dont think there is a lot of study on smoking it. be cautious and fix the problem, which could be too much humidity.

Just a heads up, mold growth is dependent upon a pH level that will allow the mold to grow. by spraying surfaces (not plants) with white vinegar you will effectively make your room surfaces to alkali for mold to take hold. repeat after every grow.
Be sure to keep temps and humidity in check to also make mold growth less likely.
