can anyone tell me ig i should start flowering?

I have a 3 month old plant and i want to kno if i should start flowering i topped it and pinched it and its growing great but i think its time for flo wering its bout 2 ft tall and if yall can give me some advice i would really apreciate it ill try to post a pic below.

As long as its grown enough to have healthy roots you can flower it any time you want. We use to have a thread here where people were even growing in shot glasses.lol Generally the plant will grow another third in heighth when you flower it.

Not to be the guy to kick your puppy, but if that plant is 3 months old, and only that big, I dont know if I would bother flowering it. If you dont have access to other clones or genes, you might as well flower it, but I wouldnt bother cloning it.
you might try repotting it to assist a growth spurt in flowering and prevent the plant from becoming root bound.

That there plant was deprived of light. IF you flower it and IF it were to produce buds of any kind I'm afraid that stick of a stem wont hold up to much. Dont take this wrong but the only thing I suggest would be to put some very small ornaments and a string of lights on it, wtf it worked for Charlie Brown :)
