My plants are about 3 weeks old from breaking throught the soil but they are quite small and strected. I am using 2 two foot floros, one is extra warm white light only 13 watts and the other is a standard 18 watt. Will these lights be good enough or do i need more wattage?

Any help would be good

Cheers

these gals were grown under two 2ft flouros warm white throughout their lives in total 36watts through their whole lives, the buds are lovely but not that big which is a downside, either put another floro ion or buy 3 screw in flouros and suplement ur garden with these. i havent but if i wanted more bud i wud of dun this OR buy mh or hps like 150watt one or summit depending on ur situation.

happy growing

Give them time to come through the soil. Most seeds take from 3-7 days to break through the soil depending on heat, moisture and how far down you have planted them.

I dont think that halogens are sufficient for growing. I've read off other threads that to do anything they need to be really close to the plant but as they get so hot when on for long periods they will burn them.

Once they come through the soil get some floros or an HPS on them. Floros are pretty cheap and easy to get hold of and you can still get good results.
