Will that hurt my yeild? I have a sativa and a hybrid. I was just going to feed it molasses and foliar spray with soda water. It's been in fox farms ocean forest like one week. I should be done flowering in 8 weeks. If I need nutes what is recommended?

What dose soda water do? Is that the regular baking kind?

With FFOF you don't need nutes and if you add them go very lightly. 1/8 recommended strength. Also, be careful with the molasses. It acts as a nute booster. FFOF has a lot of nutes in the soil. The molasses will magnify the intensity of those nutes and you may hurt the plant. I suggest you wait until week 4 of flower before you add anything. Also, do not add both nutes and molasses. One or the other.

I use just carbonated water. I read it feeds the plants co2.

Foliar feeding is very, very tricky and is generally a bad idea...IMO.

Is it safe to spray them with just water? I want some bud out of this crop so I'm not going to fuck around and do anything that might hurt them.

I use 1 part bakers yeast and 1 part brown sugar. Starts a chemical reaction and makes carb diox, or even some old mushrooms from your back yard.
