Growing in UK ?

Anyone know what happens if your caught for the first time growing 1 or 2 plants in the uk. I cant find the laws anywhere, thanks for your help.

.. before the election you would have probally just got a caution and had your equipment confiscated.. now the tide has turned the wrong way, and Phoney Tony wants to reverse his decision on downgrading, you may find yourself in court. but i wouldnt worry too much , a small fine is all theyll give you. - first time. by your third youll be looking at time.
In your defence say it was for medical use, to kill pain.. they will be much more sympathetic than if you say it was for religious use. i remember 3 cases last year, when 2 guys admited growing for religious movement, and both got time, and the other said it was medi and he got off. :confused:
