Need help! [swab test]

So, I very rarely ever smoke anymore. I get random swab tests at work, so I never know when its coming up. Its one of those fancy ones that you hold in your mouth for 2-4 minutes, and they make sure you slobber all over it. Im about 5'5 and like 230 lbs, with not much exercise during the week.

If I were to take one or two hits [of some really good stuff], how long would it take to get out of my system, and what could I do to speed it up?

Swab testing has a detection window is 24-48 hours. Some tests can go back as far as 96 hours. If you find yourself in a situation where you have minimal time, then make sure you brush your teeth, gums, and cheeks thoroughly and use mouth wash before your test.
