Indoor growing with leds - require consulting

im doing some research on the subject for the last week and as it seems the UFO led systems are supposedly pretty good for growing. im planning to grow inside a cabined 1.5MX0.8mX0.5M covered with reflective PVC from within. a cooling thermostat fan will be installed on the back (though its winter here in israel). the question is... can the following product do the trick for 4-5 plants?

Ah dunno!
Looks half way decent.
It's actual draw is about 75W. and I'd say at least 15 Watts is overhead, (power supply, fan,)

4 plants would be a stretch though, this light has 90 degree lenses, so, maybe 3 small plants.

luckily my dad runs a worm farm at his place so i have tones of the "shit"... wait... it is shit hhehehehe :-).
im mixing it with ordinary growing mix purchased from a shop making a 10 to 1 proportion. when i was growing outdoor it sufficed producing 25gr per plant. should i add anything else other then the worm shit?
