What is your experience level? (first timer, novice, experienced...) Novice, first time for indoor.
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's) 1x 150W HPS cooled with 4" duct fan, 2X 42W CFLS
.2) Distance from tops? about 12"
.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...) Enclosed reflector
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? Yes
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Yes
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 234 total watts, 2700K on the CFLs, 12/12
Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...) FFoF
.8) Size of container. 2 Gallon
Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph? Tap, 7.6
10) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...) Aquarium test kit (liquid test)
11) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...) ph up/down
12) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. -
13) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? watering roughly .5 quart every two or three days. Its very unspecific, I usually just see how wet the medium is
14) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...) nope
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? mild fluctuation
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? 7.6 in, 6.0 out.
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? no
Your growroom:
18) Indoors or outdoors? Indoor
19) What size of closet, room or hut? Converted dresser, about 4' tall
20) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? 77-80 on, 70 off
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? none
Your strain:
22) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) Shark, or so I'm told. let's assume it's bagseed
23) From seeds or clones? seed
24) Is this an autoflower strain? not that I know of
So basically, I'm a week into flowering and my leaves are all sorts of goofy. I tried using MG orchid food once or twice during veg (rookie move, I know), and then bloom booster a few weeks later when I thought the leaves needed a bit more phosphate (ratios are 30-10-10 and 15-30-15 respectively, used at 1/4 strength). They have been on just water for about 3 weeks now, with the same symptoms. The newer leaves are showing with dark green centers and bright green outer parts, with some yellow/brown spots and a lot of curling. I'm operating under the impression that the ph is the culprit, but I'd like some input if possible.279994279995279996279997279998
