I thought caregivers could not charge more than actual expenses for meds grown for their patients. :smokin:

"A PRIMARY CAREGIVER MAY NOT CHARGE A PATIENT MORE THAN THE COST OF CULTIVATING OR PURCHASING THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA, BUT MAY CHARGE FOR CAREGIVER SERVICES."
Yeah, it's kind of vague I guess. What are "caregiver services" services that can be charged for?

It seems that "costs of services" includes any overhead including labor as copobo brings up.
If you are a full-time caregiver, then the cost of services=your cost of living IMO
Consult a lawyer though.

.....but, if they were auditing there would be some panic. people need to get off this greed trip, in the history of mankind when has greed ever served a common good. we dont need to get rich from this, just make life better for those who really need it. why is it that humans scramble for the top of the pile, even when it is not necessary. like sewer rats in a flood. further its disappointing to see our world become so compliant and just try to get through a day only to be unhappy the next. we were not meant to live like this. this 99% that is being protested over isnt about money its about control. i dont know about you...but i think 99% of the worlds population should be able to make things work aaaasssssss long as they are not greedy. call me crazy if you must, however i just cant fathom the thought of 1% controlling the world. i may be a little off topic, still its all intertwined. we need to look in the mirror everyday and fix ourselves and stand strong together, work together, and grow together. then the 1% should get their asses handed to them like it should be. i could just see oblivion on the horizon and these little children(aka big biz) asking us to help them survive. BITCH I GOT MY BUD...go take care of yourself with all that money you didnt want to give up:thumbsup:

:420thought:Cost of Service would include your 'salary or wages.' It can be generous, but doesn't have to be 'greedy.' Certainly, that would include your cost of living into your salary or wages plus expense to grow and distribute. Just, as any 'business' medical provider would.
Keeping costs down provide more patients with good bud at a decent price would seem to be 'the ultimate goal!'
The area in CO you are citing, as I recall is mostly occupied by military families. Was in that area a few years ago and read the local newspaper. Seems, the water there is 'contaminated-toxic.' Perhaps, no one wants our enlisted men, women and families to ingest something local water is used to grow with! Just

keeping costs down derives from less gov intervention. it would be the ultimate goal however isnt the fact. the flaming water is an isolated incident(hopefully, havent done the lighter test yet.) i wouldnt say we have a large population of military, but we have our share. i support them as their days are much harder than ours and hopefully soon families can be restored to normal. GET SOME!
