Isn't it funny - We call people terrorists when they commit acts against the American government.... But when people in government commit acts against the American people, we call them politicians....

Of course we will rebuild, thats what we've always done. We sell them arms then declare war, knock them back to the stone age and then start all over again. Its the defense contractors. They make hundreds of billions off of all sides in war. WHo loses? Civil rights.
