lighting question

should 4 14watt 6500k t5 bulbs be enough to grow my one plant? i attached them to the bottom of a shelf and lined the bottom with aluminum tape.

i know it looks black when i turn the light on but its much brighter. its just the camera. what you guys think?

question number 2. now there are 4 bulbs at 6500k would i want to change 1 or 2 to a lower temp like 3000 or 2500k?
also what should i have my timer set to 16/8 or 12/12 iv read you can use both. thanks for the help

Set your timer to 16:8 for vegging.

When your plants are about half the height you wish them to finish at,
switch out 2 bulbs for the lower temperature ones and switch to 12:12 at the same time.
