if the ladies bud up, can i just re-use the seeds from her? im new at this, does that make them feminized?

no it does not make them feminized! Do you have males in grow room? if not, it's not advised to use those seeds! feminized seeds are feminized because they give the plant wich the seeds are taken from hormones to block the male genes in the seeds. but the plants from the feminized seeds dont carrie the hormones to next generation of seeds ! it's a complexe process but you get where i'm going!!!
