If your like me you must be tired of hearing this! Sure there's master growers on this forum. People post threads and then never go back to look at the answers on their threads. So my guess is if your thread is not interesting and you dont take time to answer couple of replies . the master growers wont magicaly appear to help you, you have to look like you care a little about your thread so keep that in mind!!! And keep on posting!! Be patient!Someone will answer and it might be a master grower with the right answer or a noob who knows!:stoned:

Good post!

Allow me to add some 'vice here. :)

Read everything in the first link in my signature.
Then read the Mythbusters link to un-learn a few "old wives tails", because;

A prudent question is one-half of wisdom. -Francis Bacon

If you do not bother to do at least that much on your own, a comprehensive answer from a real master grower may not be fully understood.

(And useless answers from our resident "parrots" may not be recognized as such.)

Old timer's find repetition tedious and will refer you to the archives, if they respond at all.

Once you have read through the archives, any question you still have, will intrigue and attract real talent.
That kine question is worth much effort!

Any information gleaned will be of great use to all members.
We will all learn something new.:cool:
That, is priceless!

I'm jus' sayin'.
Newbies, do your homework.
Then, you will have no need to petition a master grower, you will be one.

Thanks for the soap box C. E..

Aloha,
Weezard

I will add.....if you can not read the FAQ....grow logs.....stickys first....then real growers will not give those post even a look.....but if you do your home work.....and still need help.....there are many growers on here will help you.

nothing irratates me as a post like "stoner hr can u tell me hto grow".......or "do I need a ballest" to get my light to work.....I mean....
Jeeze......come on......

now if your talking about PPM....PH.....nutrients.....soil....soilless...... strains....seeds......trichomes....caylex....

and you have shown some ability.....MANY will help you

There is so much info in the archives. There was a time here, some people with lots of time and wisdom would post the thread to direct the noob. After several years of it, it does get old. However, I do not have patience or time to look up old threads-so I kindly try to tell them to look around, 'seems like I saw a thread or sticky on this question!' Particularly, the one of sexing the plant. Unless, it has pictures and a hermie may be a problem. Of course, I do not grow! But, I certainly read and learn something new everytime!

Weeze, you Dutch, Rusty and Shove plus a few others have been here a very long time and give the best advice! I enjoy your threads and all your Posts. Please keep it up! pr

Please keep it up! pr very true, alot of this stuff is so repetitive, now ive turned my attention to the topics that have nothing to do with actual growing.
