I would let them veg for at least 30 to 45 days....figure your plants well double in size from the time you go 12/12. You can start earlier but your plants well be short and squat. These Blue Moonshine I let veg for 45 days and I'm on my fourth week of flowering...

P.S. only water like 1x each 3 days or so. (when the soil is dry)
