Just wondering what would happen if you were caught with 6 plants in a city area? Suspended sentence or what?

well chocabloc i'd say you'd get away with it provided you have no previous convictions, a friend of mine got with 15 and got suspended sentence and a hefty fine. max i grow is 5 but i try to keep it rotating if you know what i mean, whats the stats on your set up? what you growing? if u need any help i'm here dude.

Suspended for how long do you know? And how hefty? I was talking to fella in grow shop and he said fine and if you have a good lawyer you might be able to get no conviction. Its bullshit anyways. Try to stop buying and supporting criminal gangs who are bringing or growing the stuff in the country on a massive scale and they hit you with a cultivation charge..Sucks

i'm not sure havn't been talking to the lad in ages and he was caught along time ago so they may be even leaner nowadays, i've heard plenty of other stories of people been caught with 1 or 2 just to have the plants taking off them, i think personally that if you have a scales and other parafinalia you'll be seen as a dealer and done accordingly. i'm growing 3 myself and intend to start another 2 and try to rotate them keeping a max of 5, and ya this countries attitude to weed is a joke pure back wards

just to let you know i had a few grows in different houses including my own always using 600 watt m,h and h,p,s with d,w,c, system and never had a prob.
But to get to the point i grow between 12 first time then a few 6s then settled on 4 and what i found out in the end is the less you grow the more light you have
and more light the bigger yield. Others might think different but just talking from my own experance when i grow 4 last time i yielded 14 and a half oz of shit hot
train wreck. So my next grow i will only keep my best two and the yield should be the same because there getting more light as i said and not only that more
room to grow out more air flow and you get the point. hope this helps but remember if they do find your few plants its not just the bud they weigh its the whole plant
so your getting done for say 500 gs of leaves sticks bud that are more then likely wet.

i recon if you have a good solicitor whose passionate about your case and it's clear your only growing for personnel use you'd prob be alright but getting the solicitor would be the prob givin people's attitude to weed here, i use cfl's myself,a little bit slower a little less yield i know but safer and way more energy efficient, autoflowers all the way

what ever floats your boat bro but we can work with what you got gut but dont be expecting high yields from c,f,ls but saying that it might not be a bad way to get experiance
