Yea man sounds like you got some brick weed, sometimes they compress weed to transport it more discretely or just if they have lots of low quality buds. Just get somescissors or something like Hoodedclum said.
try bread instead...bread works better i found out just a little piece and if u dont wanna do that just use skizzards

what does bread do are you saying just eat it?
ok here....take ur weed box/container/film canister....whatever u use to store ur weed.
Make sure it is air tight and place ur bud in there.
Next take a little piece of bread and put it in the some place as the bud and close the container lid.
Wait and check on it later, u will see that the bud is squishy or more "fluffy"
If that doesnt work then i dunno what to tell ya cause it works for me.
SKizzards=scissors

yea makes sense. bread has a lot of moisture and is easily transferred to the things around it.

yes, but watch for mold. it grows quickly if left in a warm, dark environment with sugary items like bread or fruit skins. quality buds are often hard...i'd be pleased!

What a cool thing to know! Thanks, OreO. :) Funny, my mom always used to put a piece of bread in the cookie jar with fresh-baked cookies to keep them from drying out. Hadn't thought of that in years, lol. Must be the same principle. Wouldn't momma be proud!
