So I've been told multiple time to spray my plants for bugs once a month. But I'm not one to eagerly spray unnessasary chemicals on my plants. I don't have mites as of right now, but I don't want them period. My room is air tight and I have a co2 tank that's on co.stantly. will the mites be able to survive in an atmosphere like that with very little to no oxigen? Or should I just spray at the first sighn ne ways?

ive seen this topic all over the place and imho, i use the pyrethrum foggers for mites and have had great success. shit kills them almost instantly. ive only had to fog twice, no problems ever since

If you use a preventive direction you'd be better off and have a lot less chance of ever getting an infestation. I spray with neem while in veg. doing it about twice to 3 times in a 6 or 8 week period. Then one more time while in flower. Before they start to accually bud. By the time you harvest you will have no worries of that terrible neem taste on your finished product.
