Best way of curing Migraine with Cannabis?

My sister suffers from Migraine. I was wondering, what is the best way for her to treat her condition through cannabis?? Is it with a vaporizer, eating, or what? What "high" is better for her? A body high or a cerebral high?

When ever I need relief from a migraine, I always use the Erbo Pipe from erbopipe.com. It's not technically a vaporizer but it really provides a comfortable smooth experience and conserves my meds. I use probably 25% less meds with this pipe. It uses a small amount of water spinning very fast and filters, cools and moisturizes the smoke and it is fast acting.

I've heard that C99 is also good for migraine, and I would use a vaporizer, as medibles are much slower acting.
