Whats a good est. of weeks an outdoor plant would bud before done? im on week 5 of flowering now. i think around november it'll be done?

If you're five weeks in you should be done before November.

lol yeah 13 weeks seems a bit long but it does happen
what about if they are in the ground..my sativas have been in ground since march some started flowering in august....a couple hasn't started yet...they were younger than the rest...about a month

March? How did you keep them from flowering then? Usually you shouldn't put plants outside until around May 15th or they will not get enough daylight. I have plants that started in July. Age shouldn't be a factor when it comes to flowering, it's all about the hours of darkeness.
