COPD and marijuana

What are the Risks to smoking pot and Lung function? I haven't seen anything on this subject.Is it positive or negative?

There's been some research that cannabis smoke is not showing any rise in the level of heart or lung disease. Israel I know has done some research on this. Some people say they have an elevated pulse when smoking. I've never had that. It also doesn't effect my blood pressure but some people say other wise.

Thx, haven't heard much on the subject.I've personally had my temp. drop but I was also drinking at the time too.Any othere experiences here?
