How much compensation can I receive from dispensaries for growing.

I am a medical marijuana patient in Southern California. I am spending too much on marijuana, so I've decided to grow. If I produce 24 ounces of excessive medication every 2 months, how much will the dispensaries offer me. I plan to research a popular "top shelf" strain. Should I decide on a price and shop it to the other 50 dispensaries in my city...or should I take what I can get?

By the way Earth Group in Hesperia, California is excellent. They have like 20 varieties of weed ranging from $20 an 1/8 all the way to $50. All the guys and gals are super knowlegable and friendly. I forgot they didn't take credit cards so they sent me to an ATM a couple miles away. When I got back they threw in a Top Shelf Pre-roll for my troubles. They have expressed the desire to buy any and all herb I can produce...but I haven't been able to get a feel for price.

You'll only get what they offer no matter what you think it's worth. You can expect to get $1500 lb on the low end and $2,000 on the high end. IF you get offered more then that then jump on it but my understanding is that most places lowball you regardless of the quality.

If you're going to do that just find some friends you can turn it on to for a great price.

Yep....PD is right.....but you have ask yourself.....can you grow?.........It's not easy.....to grow dank....frosty....smelly topshelf......I would recommend you read all the information you can on this site.....espically the grow logs.....read them all.....then the FAQ's.....then the Basic growing....once you have read all of that.....start small....and get at least 4 harvests under your belt.....if your still growing after that.....it is possible to grow some dank....you could get a good donation for.

If you can grow an extra 24 oz every two months please let us know your method! I would start with learning to grow enough for yourself first, that is money in the bank. Once you master that then if you feel the need to grow more you'll have some experience. It would take a massive sea of green to produce 24 oz every two months. As WD stated start small and get a hang of it.
