Hello, I was thinking about building a carbon filter and jut wanted to know how well they actually work.:) I know that a flowering plant can smell like a skunk infestation. If I can smell a plant in the wild from 50 to 100 yards away and follow the wind right to the location, how would a small filter remove that entire odor? I have stumbled upon pounds of MJ in my last decade of root digging, lol, call me the top cola bandit.:stoned: So what is the efficiency of a carbon filter, can I sit in my house and not be paranoid, or do I have to burn a pound of incense every day to cover the colony of skunks that built a nest under my porch for winter? Thanks people.;)

If I were you I would just purchase a Can filter. They are packed to the hilt with carbon. No way for the air to pass through the carbon without coming in contact with it! That is the purpose of the carbon. You'll end up with voids and still have the smell your trying to avoid!

Can filter 33!
