first time grow

i have been browsing these forums for a while now picking up information,

ive just bought a grow tent 120x120x200 but had to cut the height down to 130 (didnt measure the attic) :)

so now with limited height ive been researching scrog but have a few q's.

first off im using a wilma 8 pot which sits about a ft from the floor with my hps above that is this enough room to grow scrog using indicas?

which size hps should i use for this space with the height being so low,i was thinking 400w.

any peticular strains i could use?was thinking blue cheese.

finally,when plants grow through my mesh 2" i pull down and bend under wire untill 3/4 full before flowering,but when switching to 12/12 do i just leave them all bent under the mesh?

Absolutely, leave them under the wire. The reason being to give more light to the plant than it was standing upright. how much room do you have between the top of the pot to the bottom of your light? The 400W HPS would be the best to flower with... depending on how much room you have between light and plants, and how many plants you will have and their size, you may need two lights.

THANKS FOR THE INFO M8...IVE DONE SOME MORE REASEARCH INTO THIS AND IM RUNNING A 600W,CURRENTLY HAVE MY SEEDLINGS UNDER CFL'S GROWING NICELY ONLY 4 DAYS IN..
