Can't pass a home drug test!

I havent smoked for 34 days. I'm 34, 5'6" and weigh about 180. I just took a home drug test and I still failed it! BTW I have been smoking pretty consistently, about every day for the last 12 years. Any advice on how to naturally cleanse my sytem faster or why im not clean yet? I walk with my girlfriend for about 45 mins, at least 3 or 4 times a week and im not all that lazy. I'm trying to get a job and need to pass a test soon. Help!

The only proven method of ridding the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.

However, if youre still failing home tests and your scheduled test is 3 days away, then exercise at that point can work against you.
Whenever you burn fat cells, the stored THCA are released back into the bloodstream. From there, the THCA are filtered by the kidneys and deposited into the bladder for the eventual exit. This is the chief reason why THC carries a longer detection period than most other types of drugs.
For 3 days prior to the U/A, youd want to curtail all fat-burning activities and be as dormant as possible so you wont be releasing a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.

Sure. Theres been several instances where a person had tested positive beyond 30 days. The 30-day rule does not apply to everyone by any means. Its not all uncommon for longtime daily users to test positive for 60 days or more.

In fact, we had a couple of individuals who tested positive at 100+ days (the most recent being MollylovesMary, who has a couple of threads posted on this page of the forum).
