Just curious who here likes to get high before they run/bike/lift/play soccer etc? Ive read a few posts on runners world about 'how terrible it is'. But I certainly enjoy it-does anyone else do this? and if so do you notice a change in performance (up or down). I find its great for long runs or bike rides.

smoking fucks up my stamina and breathing, when im not high i like to be active but not high...mayb throw a football and shoot a basketball high but not full throttle playing

love getting high before running!i love smoking bud and would rather die than be fat.

If cannabis fucks with you while you exercise, maybe you should consider smoking a different kind of bud. Not all bud slows you down (as you know). It is actually better for your body to work out after you get high because cannabis raises your metabolism (munchies), therefore burning more fat.

workin out on a fresh buzz is good, can actually motivate you to push harder sometimes i think. Bein all stoned and slugish dosnt work at all though.
Try a nice sativa.
