I used to smoke everyday all day. I Quite smoking (lets just say monday), had a test thursday, and passed. I dont know if it is true but I was told that if you take niacin it will rid your body of toxins. I tooks niacin it made my skin red and made me feel weird. I also exercised alot and drank lots of water. I took the test thursday and passed. The lady said my urine was so clear that I might have to take the test again. It was a sufficient urine sample and this was for a job. I believe if you want it you can get clean in just a few days. There are drinks but they can show up it test that you tried to hide it. Dont take these drinks if its for a job. Even if you test clean they will not hire you if it shows that you tried to mask the test.

Be careful out there.

As beaten to death here many, many, many times here before, NIACIN WILL NOT DO A THING TO EXPEDITE THCA UNLOADING.

Yeah, I felt pretty stoopid for trying it but I learned about it in high school and was desparate. It must have been the exercise and water consumption. I feel that this whole belief that thc stays in your system for two weeks is a bunch of bullsh*t perpetrated by those who dont want you to do it. I did do this and I did pass the test so therefore it must have been the excessive sweating and water drinking and not the niacin. Dont take niacin it is very uncomfortable and apparently does not work. Sweat and replenish. Anyone who wants to tell me different is full of sh*t.

More likely, the water consumption is what allowed you to test negative. More likely than the exercise and sweating. By consuming fluids, youve effectively diluted the THCA concentration in your bladder to where the urine sample registered below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen.
Exercise during the 3 days prior to a U/A can work against you. Thats because when fat cells burn, the stored THCA are released back into the bloodstream and end up in the urine to be detected. For this reason, exercise should be avoided for those 3 days to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine.

Contrary to popular belief, sweating is hardly of any help because very little THCA is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill many 5 gallon buckets, yet the amount of THCA being excreted would still be miniscule. The rest of them are being excreted via the urine and bowels.
