That's a female. The white hairs (pistols) give it away. That lump at the node there isn't a pollen sack anyway, it looks more like it's been broken and healed itself.

Agreed, I get those lumps when I LST. Im not 100% on M or F yet, but the last pic does seem to show 1 calyx with a pair of pistils.. Give it some more time. You will be able to notice the males before they start droppin pollen.
