ok i just recently noticed that i had a male in my flowering tent bitch had pollen falling off it. now that im looking closer into my older plants i can notice quite a few seeds in some of the just forming buds im in about my 4th flowering week and was wondering what should i do about the remaining plants i have.

Too bad you didn't notice the male earlier.... Bet that won't happen again....
Remove the male, if you haven't already, and let the rest do what you grew them to do.... You definitely want to clean the chiz out of your tent before placing your next crop in....

Sorry, but I think you're fucked! If you had discovered it before the pods opened you might be OK but if they've opened and you're already seeing seeds then (ughhhhh) that sucks.
The flipside is keep the seeds and try to sell them or use them for a new crop. As CGI suggested make sure you clean up your grow area very well including vacuuming. My brother got some of his plants polinated because a neighbor(not exactly close) had male plants growing and didn't chop them down in time.

Hard lessons to learn, at least you'll get some smoke. I fried 6 beautiful plants 5 weeks into flowering, the next year I moved my plants outside from inside and lost two to shock and they were the two biggest.
