I've been reading and reading about the differing opinions of where to put the scrubber in the exhaust line. I'm doing a small stealth grow. Haven't decided if I'm going to build a box or use something else. Bottom line is, I will have exhaust with a fan at the top of the box. Also, I have to minimize smell and noise as much as possible. Smell more so than noise, hence the stealth. Anyway, I will explain this as best I can. Would is be feasible to mount the scrubber on the inside of the box, on the same hole that the outtake exhaust fan is mounted, that way when the fan is pulling air out, it's pulling it through the scrubber first, so the air coming out of the box is odorless? I just didn't know if this would be feasible for a small setup with a small filter. I'm assuming a PC fan won't pull enough air to go through the filter, so I am thinking about a 4" inline. Would that work? I haven't seen any designs with the filter inside the box. I just didn't know if for whatever reason you would not want the filter inside with the plants. Thanks for any help. I will also have at least two passive intakes at the bottom, and a small fan or two inside the box circulating air. I just need to make sure that any air exiting the box does not smell like ganj. Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.
