Hi Yall haha.. So i have a U/A coming up on monday and im trying the dilution gig so i loaded myself up with creatine by eating red meat and chicken today,,, i just have few questions, if yall can answer any of it, itd be really appreciated... so my questions are, im trying to see if my urine will be yellow enuf when i take vitamin B2 or B complex on sunday, just for practice, so i was wondering if i could ever harm myself by taking too much Vitamin B or is that impossible? and whats the exact purpose of taking asprin?

I thank you all in advance

Stick with the 10x the RDA of B2 as outlined in step 4 of the Dilution sticky thread. Keep this in mind: with creatinine and specific gravity checks becoming the norm, sample color became the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable limits for creatinine and SG.

Skip the aspirin step because it is old tech. Back in the day, aspirin was used as an interferant for only one type of test: the first-generation EMIT screen. Since then, a second-gen EMIT (aka EMIT II) introduced to tackle the interference issues caused by aspirin. As a result, the first-gen EMIT is seldom used anymore (if, at all).

BTW ive been drinking beers for 2days now, will it help the dilution or not? Drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Any fluid consumption days before the U/A is of no help. It may cause frequent urination, but it has no effect on GFR (the rate in which the kidneys filtering THCA from the bloodstream).
Forget the beers and drink gatorade instead. I will not go any further beyond this as to why because discussing alcohol use is off-topic and in violation of the rules on this board.

another update... i just bought a home test kit after drinking 80fl oz of powerade 2hs prior to taking the test and there is a lil line next to THC i know that means its negative but its really really faint.. like i cant see it unless i really really look at it.... i wonder if this is still passing..

Like you said, a faint line is a negative. And a negative is passing.

In the future, when taking home THC tests, use the first urination of the day when THCA concentrations would be at their highest. Taking home tests during the course of the day after consuming fluids skews the results. Once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine and thus the donor resumes testing postive for THC.

If youre testing negative with the first urination of the day (regardless of line intensity), youre good to go.
