I agree with you!!!!
Not many will....but they are just in denial about the current futile administration....or just think someone else would do better....
I honestly don't think he will ever be president only because I, just out of my own free thought that I have absolutely no proof of, believe our electoral college is just for show.... Politics just looks like entertainment to keep the general public distracted from what is really going on.... But that's just how I see it....

I've been a libertarian for over 30 years so I'm obviously a fan of Ron Paul's.
Gary Johnson might be a good candidate too but he's kind of late on the scene.
But here's the bad news. No republican will win the white house in 2012, its just not meant to be because there are no candidates capable of doing it.
But the republicans probably will keep the House and possibly win the Senate. But for the cannabis movement, is that what we really want?
If republicans were actually conservatives they would be backing the cannabis movement, but the fact is they don't.

He'll never win, and If he does he either will be JFK'd or hes one of THEM dun dun dun ;)

i hear of a lot of folks that want him in.. believe it or not. As the republican's don't really have a decent candidate, I could see many of them begrudgingly voting in Ron. Along with the dissatisfied democrats.
infact, everyone I know that I've spoken with that is not an Obama supporter is a Ron Paul supporter

A lot of them are bandwagon folks who came over when Palin, beck, and the like turned coats. Theres a lot ditchweed in the grass roots tea Party these days...alot of the same younger folks who will ride w/e they can as long as it looks fashionable~were chanting "yes we can" in Red just a few years ago.

hardly.. I would say our current pres still has all the college "bandwagon folks"
Palin, beck and the like have always been unappealing. Ron Paul has most all of the cannabis users in the country (significant), dissatisfied demo's and less than nutty rep's.
What he has going against him is... the party system, people don't like to waste their vote, and if they believe Ron Paul cant compete on the same level.. they'll go with the old standby, vote for your party, not the cannidate.

How about anyone but the current President who has proven to be a total race baiting ideologue leftist....remember in '08 when the media was just singing his praises and talking about how smart this schmuck is.....wow...not very smart after all.

Having been heavily involved with the 2008 campaign (in volunteer capacity) I gotta say there seems to be much more hype for RP at this early stage in the game than there was last year. The corporate media will do a lot to try and derail him, but they're losing their share of viewers every day. Think of how many more people in this nation are better informed through internet media than 4 years ago.

I agree!!!.... The day after the straw poll in Iowa, the mainstream media did nothing but talk about how great Bachman did at "organizing" to come in 1st and how funny it was that Pawlenty was dropping out after coming in distant 3rd.... So who got 2nd??? Ron Paul did, not far behind Bachman, but the media would only go as far to acknowledge that he did.... Then right back to how great it is that Rick Perry is now in the race and now it looks like it's going to be either Bachman, Perry or Obama.... Not even bringing up Ron Paul as if he wasn't running.... If you asked me, its like they weren't supposed to even bring up his name during the telecasts......
And about the better informed now than 4 years ago, you are correct:thumbsup:.... More people have computers (smartphones) in their pockets today more than ever.... The Internet at your fingertips + free time or waiting time or shit, whenever = net surfing....

Obama got screwed.. 2 wars, recession, realty collapse, all dropped in his lap. Seems everyone quickly forgot who got us in this sh*t.. BUSH. It Completely boggles my mind.. Then everyone expected Obama to fix that 8 year U.S. ass-rape they call Bush's 2 terms, When he hadn't even had the job 1 year! (Im talkin past tense here, but its even worse now)
Sad to say, but I don't think Obama will make a second term. Racism is way strong still.
Gotta feel for Obama, he truly tried to help this country, but was fked from the get go. And shut down on any and all of his ideas. What do you expect the man to do when no one will work with him.
Ron Paul is the ONLY Rep. I would ever vote for. Too bad no one takes him seriously. If you watch ANY clip of Ron Paul, He completely destroys allll candidates.. But will get NO media-recognition. He is the only one that keeps it real, and says what needs to be brought up. And doesnt go fishing around for votes with prayer sessions... WTF happen to separation of church and state? Rick Perry is another god-damn puppet people, open your eyes! I know its always been an underlying sought after trait for a president, but religion has gone way too far and fanatical today.
How could people vote for Sarah Palin????????????????????????????????????????????? ?
And now Michelle Bachmann???????????????????
Im all for a female president, but... fk... theres gotta be a competent one
-Actually listen to what either of them say in interviews... Palin is a straight diarrhea of the mouth. I challenge anyone, take the script from any of her interviews and make sense of it (dont waste your time, its impossible).
And Bachmann is so outta the world news loop.. couple months ago, she thought we were bombing Egypt!?!? then tried to back it up.. what a moron.
ALL I ASK IS FOR VOTERS TO DO THEIR OWN POLITICAL HOMEWORK. Repeating garbage you hear on fox is not news.. its been said many times, they have opinionated news!

The tea party are NOT the same people who voted Bush In. Grassroots 100% Well now its been infiltrated and co-opted. Go figure, we gain alot of momentum and then the snakes slither in to railroad us. All us Presidents are nothing but Actors. Do you really think they do anything of their own accord? Has there been any Real change in America in 50 years, or a steady decline of personal rights and increase in debt? Their fake personalities, gimics, and promisses dont fool me. Playing the race card was soooo 6 months ago, now the current administration has run out of ways to fan the heat off its back. People wanted change after Bush so the MOB voted in a guy from the 'other side' who had a different complextion to spice things up, he talked smooth to cap it all off...And now where did that careless voteing get us? Dumb sheep will eat from the trouf thats all they know.

It's sad to say that this is a covert totalitarian. All are under control of the Feds. Ron Paul, though being the most popular candidate, won't have a chance.
Here is a proof:
Who won the Republican Presidential Debate?
Active Cities : 6,965
Total Votes : 40,882
National Vote
Paul .....25248
Gingrich ...5863
Cain .......3169
Bachmann ...2438
Romney ...2376
Santorum ..1032
Huntsman ...423
Pawlenty .....333

Iowa GOP Debate - Topix (http://www.topix.com/issue/fox/gop-debate-aug11)
Quote, "
The media is trying REALLY hard to hide the fact that Ron Paul is a serious contender
Ron Paul wins a "Who Won the GOP Debate" poll in Fox News, and after seeing how Ron Paul won by a HUGE margin, Fox News decides to quickly erase it. Funny how all of the media sources, both liberal and conservative, are trying so hard to keep him under the rug. Here's the original Fox News poll: Iowa GOP Debate - Topix [40,000 votes, he got 24,000 of them... more than 4 times the guy in second place].
And these things are happening everywhere (meaning, Ron Paul getting a significant amount of support from both sides, and getting pushed off as insignificant.)
And here is the new one Fox started (Ron Paul STILL winning by a landslide): Who Won the GOP Debate? - FoxNews.com. Guess they'll have to erase this one as well.
What do Fox News, CNN, MSNBS, etc, and all these other garbage news sources have in common? They are all run by corporate interest!
Now on to MSNBC:
Once again, the Anti-Ron-Paul rhetoric is everywhere. Notice how MSNBC bolded out every republican candidate in the Iowa Straw Poll... except Ron Paul, as if he were last place or anywhere near there (Yes, they bolded out the last guy as well).
First Read - Bachmann wins Ames straw poll
These aren't just coincidence. Both sides are trying hard, real hard, to hide the fact that Ron Paul is a serious contended.
Open your eyes folks: These things are happening LEFT and RIGHT (meaning everywhere and from both liberal and conservative sources).

Sadly Ron will never be allowed to headline the GOP ticket, really for one simple reason. He's against the war mongering. AQ shit load of defense contractor money will be poured into this election to make sure Ron doesn't get in. Would love to see A Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich ticket. That would bring in a lot of people from both sides of the isle and would grab most of the youth votes. Both have similar ideas on the drug war, foreign policy and the giant war machine.
^ sad but true, the war profiteers have been running this country for a hell of a long time. Personally I didn't vote for Obama but if I had to guess right now I think he'll pull out another term. I think they will will lay out a narrative of bringing home the troops while still taking the war to the ememy (remember those pirates and then more recently Binny getting a bullet). Of course, in reality he is in the pocket of the war mongers and doing the exact same thing as the other hand picked presidents before him have done, shrub, bubba, etc. They seems to have picked Rick Perry as their repub choice so he might have a chance of winning, tuff to say.
The media really is biased against Paul, hu?. that fact alone should raise some eyebrows. why are they against him? I think its because they know he won't take us to war with Iran, which seems to be the ultimate goal of the nwo/fox news people. :wtf: its really not even conspiracy theories anymore it is just f'in true!

^ this seemed to work well for the first 126 years of our nation, from what I understand we had budget surpluses and no such thing as "boom and bust" cycles and inflation, etc. From what I understand Dr. Paul would like to gradually move us back to that. sounds like a good plan to me.

I would agree with that. States are perfectly capable of setting there own standards for public education. Its like the FDA, USDA,EPA and a lot of other federal programs. The states are perfectly capable of doing and in fact have there own agencies already for these programs. Another layer of bureaucracy helps no one.
