A question about dilution

im no rocket surgeon or anything so dont be too critical of my question. but does N2's dilution method for passing a urine drug test only work for marijuana or would all illegal substances be covered by this?

Not sure about other substances because only cannabis can be discussed in these forums. All other drugs are off-topic and frowned upon by the forum PTB.
