Fertilizer Noob question

Sup guys I'm new around here and growing cannabis too. Right now I'm doing my first crop and I started with a shitty chemical fertilizer which was good in the early veg. stage but now I'm starting to see deficiencies related with micro nutrients. I was googling and I'm considering change to organic fertilizer specially Bat guano. Here comes my question: What is the recommended method for the transition of chemical to organic?
I also read that chemical fertilizer leave a residue which inhibit the organic fertilizer to do his job.

Tough question to answer b/c most here grow organic. Personally, I would flush it then transplant...not sure what more can be done for removal.
