How many times can you clone a clone?
I used to have a mother plant in a veg room and just got tired of running two rooms so i ditched the second room after making my last 20 clones. I vegged the clones for 20 days in the flower room then took clones and began flowering.

The clones were rooted in two weeks then stored in the fridge for 3 weeks then vegged for 3 weeks under 100 watts of florescent's in the bathroom until they were 1 foot tall, then I took 20 clones, then I took the vegged clones and flowered them 2 days after my harvest in the flower room. Then I did the same with the new clones(root, fridge, veg, clone, root, fridge, veg, clone )(2months). Now that you see my cycle how many times can i repeat it. I am on the third cycle with no visible signs of degradation.

You can clone as many times as you want to. It will not degrade the quality.

Over a period of time the stems will become thin on some strains. That is the only thing that I know of that becomes an issue. What that issue is remains debatable. Some say you just string the heavy buds and it's fine. Some say otherwise. I say get you some dang seeds and start again when the stems get to be toothpick thin. It's all about maximizing yields. Vigor is important to that process because a vigorous plant will grow faster, meaning less time waiting to flower. I am still figuring it all out but that's what I have found so far. You can clone a hundred times I have been told and not have any issues.

Started growing my Canadian medical in 99, no mothers just clones from clones, have made some generic changes over the years, but still have the base strain, seems same same, keeping this old man alive.
