Harvest question

Alright...I've been flowering since 4/20, so I'm about 45 plus days in, took a sample leaf to check out under the 100x 420scope that I know we all have, and the little mushrooms are starting to turn milky, that was one small bud leaf off one plant...but if their all like that, is it time for harvest or should I wait a little longer? I was told when to harvest the last time, and I'm doing it on my own this time, and I'm feeling the pressure...looking for any help that any of you can probably give..thanks.

Clear to milky trichomes is a more uppity high and more amber is a more couchlock high. Its all on your preference as to when to harvest. 45 days seems pretty early for me but i have no clue to what you are growing. haha. The only true way to find out when the best time to harvest is to experiment with the different stages and find which high is best for you. You have gone this far no need to jump the gun. Good luck

Yeah, no hurry, mine took 77 days to finish and you need to take multiple looks. How do the hairs look? IF you think you're just about ready to harvest they should be about 50% brown. I have a hand held microscope so it's easy to look at the buds while still on the plant but I preferred to pull a small bud off of each plant and examine them.

The hairs on my bud tell a total different story than the trichomes alot of times. Thats why I concentrate just on the trichome color. I usually snip a little leaf from around the bud and magnify that. That way im not fighting the movement. Thats just how i do it. Everyone has their own preference. Experiment for yourself and find YOUR way. Good luck

I'm with you on this pushit..all the hairs go from white to red in about a day or two...I know it's of a lemon skunk variety, or alone those areas because of smell and look so far. It's bag seed, but I do have to say, it looks pretty good, their fattening up pretty well, so I think I'll wait a little longer on the havest. But I got to admit, I've got the pool open right now, and I want something to get me totally baked and float around the pool all day long, there is NOTHING like that. But I'm getting off topic...I'll have to keep checking it weekly I would say...don't want to jump the gun..thanks.
